Return and Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns or exchanges for valid reasons (e.g., defective items, wrong product delivered) within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with complete and undamaged packaging and all included accessories or documentation.
  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof if the item was received damaged or defective upon opening. The video must show the unopened packaging being opened for the first time.
  • Items returned without proper proof of damage or missing parts may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returns due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Please review product specifications carefully before ordering.
