We accept returns or exchanges for valid reasons (e.g., defective items, wrong product delivered) within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with complete and undamaged packaging and all included accessories or documentation.
A clear unboxing video is required as proof if the item was received damaged or defective upon opening. The video must show the unopened packaging being opened for the first time.
Items returned without proper proof of damage or missing parts may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Please review product specifications carefully before ordering.
