1. All orders for shipment must be fully paid prior to release. For deliveries handled by our logistics team, the corresponding delivery charge must be settled in advance to confirm the schedule. Deliveries are arranged on a first come, first served basis.

2. Should the client cancel the order for any reason, the delivery charge paid in advance shall be forfeited.

3. Product Warranty: 1 Year Carry-In to authorized service center.

4. Seven(7) Day Replacement Policy: If product is found to be defective within 7 days upon delivery, the defective unit shall be replaced.

5. To be able to process the replacement, make sure that the original box is not damaged, complete with manuals and accessories.

6. The foregoing warranty does not extend if the product has been subject to the following conditions:

     6.1 The model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible;

     6.2 Subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or abuse;

     6.3 Damage is caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning, water or fire, misuse or neglect;

     6.4 Modified with third party’s components or materials not provided by or an authorized service organization;

     6.5 Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been executed by unauthorized service organizations or persons;

7. This warranty does not cover the remedy or repair of defects that arise through normal wear and tear, external influence, improper usage and improper maintenance.

8. This Warranty also does not cover warranty for the system integration performed by the Appointed Reseller, as the Appointed Reseller will provide this type of warranty direct.
