By signing up as an affiliate with The Digital Experience (DGX), you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

  • Commissions are paid only on eligible products that we specify as part of the affiliate program.
  • Products not included in the program will generate no commission.
  • Commission rates vary by product and may change at any time.
  • Commission amounts are calculated on the net order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.
  • Commissions are tracked via cookies lasting [30] days.
  • Only sales made through your affiliate link or assigned coupon are eligible.

3. Exclusions

  • No commissions on your own orders.
  • No commissions on refunded, canceled, or chargeback orders.
  • Certain products may be excluded from commissions at our discretion.

4. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₱2,500.
  • Payouts are made via Bank Transfer (BPI/BDO/Metrobank/GCash). PayPal available for international affiliates.
  • Payouts are released 30 days after the sale to account for refunds and chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading ads.
  • Bid on “The Digital Experience or DGX” or close variations in search ads.
  • Bidding on our brand name (‘DGX’, ‘The Digital Experience’, or close variations) in paid search is prohibited. Violation will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and termination from the program.
  • Misrepresent our brand or make false claims.
  • Share coupon codes on public coupon sites without permission.

6. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in their region. This includes clear disclosure that they may earn a commission from referrals (e.g., “I earn a commission on qualifying purchases”).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or via the affiliate dashboard.
